The Warehouse have a MasterCard that takes a balanced approach - low fees, low charges and membership to our My Rewards programme. 

Online Account Access

With My Warehouse Account you have the convenience of checking your account online, you can:

  • Check your balance online
  •  View your transactions
  • Manage and redeem your My Rewards Points online

My Rewards

Every Rewards MasterCard is enrolled for free into the My Rewards programme and there are no ongoing annual membership fees.

Earning My Rewards Points

Every dollar you spend on your Rewards MasterCard here and overseas earns you My Rewards Points that can be built up to redeem for Rewards vouchers. You get 1 My Rewards Point for every dollar you spend. For example if you make a purchase for $100 you will receive 100 My Rewards Points. There is no minimum purchase to start earning points and there is no limit on how many My Rewards Points you can earn.

 

Earn Double Reward Points on purchases at The Warehouse

With My Rewards Points, we reward you for shopping at The Warehouse.  You can maximise your My Rewards Points by using your card for purchases at The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Mobil service stations in New Zealand. You’ll earn 2 My Rewards Points for every $1 spent on purchases.

And don’t forget you can also earn Double My Reward Points by shopping online at thewarehouse.co.nz.

 

Manage and Redeem your My Rewards Points online 

At any time you can check your My Rewards Points balance online at mywarehouseaccount.co.nz. or by calling  us on 0800 887 887 (option 2) during Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm to obtain your My Rewards Points balance and make your Rewards voucher order over the phone.

 More details of how the programme works are in The Warehouse MasterCard Conditions of Use which we send you with your new The Warehouse Rewards MasterCard.  Redemption and earning of Reward Points are subject to The Warehouse MasterCard Conditions of Use. Reward Points are not earned on fees, charges or when the account is overdue.

 

Accepted Worldwide and at ATMs

At home, online, at the mall or abroad, The Warehouse Rewards MasterCard works just like any other credit card. You can use your card at over 29 million merchants worldwide, and with a PIN you can access cash at over 1 million ATMs. 

 

Additional Cards 

An additional MasterCard card linked to your account can be issued at no charge. Transactions from all cards will be on one statement each month, the payment of which you will be responsible for - and every The Warehouse Rewards MasterCard linked to your account earns Reward Points. Minimum age for an additional card is 16 years.

We also accept Joint account applications. Joint cardholders will share the responsibility for payment and cardholders must be over 18 years.

 

Up to 55 days interest Free

Choose to pay your account in full each month by the due date and you'll have no interest to pay on purchases. Plus you'll be earning Reward Points on everything  you buy with your The Warehouse Rewards MasterCard.

 

Exclusive Cardholder Offers

Your The Warehouse Rewards MasterCard is also the gateway to preferred customer service at any The Warehouse store. You'll be invited to exclusive cardholder shopping events, such as sale previews and other special savings offers.
