With My Warehouse Account you have the convenience of checking your account online, you can:

  • Check your balance online

  •  View your transactions

  • Manage and redeem your My Reward Points online

Exclusive Cardholder Events

Your Low Interest MasterCard is also the gateway to preferred customer service at The Warehouse stores. You'll be invited to exclusive cardholder shopping events, such as sale previews and other special savings offers. You'll need to give us your email address after you receive your card.

Competitive Interest Rates

The Warehouse Low Interest MasterCard has a low interest rate for purchases of 12.90% p.a. - to help make paying off your credit card over a longer timeframe that bit easier.

You'll pay 21.99% p.a. on cash advances (cash withdrawals from your credit card account). Interest is charged on cash advances from the day you take the money out and a cash advance fee applies.

Accepted Worldwide and at ATM's

At home, online at the mall or abroad, The Warehouse Low Interest MasterCard works just like any other credit card. In fact, you can use your card at over 29 million merchants worldwide, and with a PIN you can access cash at ATMs.

A PIN needs to be loaded on your card. Cash advance charges apply for withdrawals from ATMs and foreign currency fees apply when using your MasterCard overseas.

Money back guarantee

If within 60 days of being sent your The Warehouse Low Interest MasterCard you change your mind, we can close your account and refund the account fee. You will be required to pay any outstanding balance at the time of closure.

Additional Cards

Additional MasterCard cards linked to your account can be issued for a low annual fee. Transactions from all cards will be on one statement each month, the payment of which you will be responsible for. Minimum age for an additional card is 16 years.

We also accept joint account applications. Joint cardholder will share the responsibility for payment and cardholders must be over 18 years.
Sorry, you can't do joint applications online. Please pick up a paper application form from any The Warehouse store.
