Once a month after you've received your statement. You can choose to pay the minimum payment due or any other amount you want - up to the full balance.

What is the minimum payment?

2% of your outstanding balance or $5 (or the full amount if less than $5) - whichever is greater.

Is there up to 55 days interest free on balance transfers?

No, you'll be charged interest from the day the balance transfer hits your account, usually one week after we receive this form.

Does the balance transfer interest rate apply to my current outstanding balance, fees, purchases or cash advances?

5.99% per annum only applies to the balance transferred, and after six months any outstanding balance will revert to the ongoing interest rate, currently 19.95% p.a. as at 30 May 2011.

I have purchases on my monthly statement and I have done a balance transfer, how are my payments to my account handled?

Payments made to your The Warehouse Rewards MasterCard are first applied to all charges and interest either shown on the current and any previous statements (and since your current statement) and then applied to any amounts transferred from other cards before they are applied to any cash advance or purchase amount. This means that the portion of your outstanding account balance that's subject to a lower interest rate will be paid off first.
